Health & Safety
OSR projects and consulting adheres to the requirements of the Occupational Health and Safety Act (Act 85 of 1993), in conjunction with the Construction Regulations of 2014. Internal and contractor compliance is managed through documented work policies and procedures, with the application thereof being managed by means of routine audits and inspections. Our team works under the supervision of a qualified health and Safety Officer to ensure that productivity remains uninterrupted, whilst safeguarding employees, as well as the interests of relevant stakeholders.
All personnel are issued with safety equipment, and should an accident occur, work is stopped immediately, management is informed and the necessary action is taken without any delay.
Management takes the health and safety policy as their participative responsibility along with continued education and awareness being maintained. The working conditions are fair and the health of the work force is always considered in planning and executing a work plan.
Enviromental Policy
OSR projects and consulting subscribes to the philosophy of retaining as much as possible of the natural flora and fauna.
Clearance of sites is done with minimum damage to the environment. Where possible the natural flora or fauna is reinstated after completion of work.
Quality Policy
• We have experienced and trained personnel who perform their functions and duties to the highest degree.
• We have the latest equipment required in our field, which is kept well maintained and suitably qualified and experienced operators to match.
• All work is fully supervised and our staff have been given the authority and responsibility for ensuring that the requirements of quality service are implemented and maintained.

Experience
OSR projects and consulting has a combined professional experience of some 30 years among its members.
OSR projects and consulting was formed by a group of individuals due to a breakaway from many multi- national companies. However, amongst this group of individuals there exists a vast amount experience on the delivery of lucrative projects. OSR projects and consulting will form alliances with other companies on a project by project basis, as and where required.
